Bookings and Cancellations
How do I book a class?
Classes are booked via the online store in advance only (make sure you have made an account!). Due to
Class spaces are released on the website every Monday at around 8:30 am.
If a class is sold out on the website, please keep checking the store page and our facebook page, as we post details of any extra spaces that have become available due to cancellations. We do not have a waiting list.
Make sure that you have created an account on the website and are logged in; otherwise, classes will show up as ‘out of stock’ or ‘unavailable’.
Payment for classes is done via PayPal. You can either pay for a class when you book it, or top up your account balance in advance and use it to pay for classes. We do not accept cash payments.
How do I cancel a class?
Message the CUPS Facebook page, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the class time, we will fully refund the cost on your ticket on your CUPS website account. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class, we will not refund your ticket but you will not have to pay a dishonour charge.
If you are unable to attend a class, you can transfer your place to a friend — please make sure to tell us at class that this has happened!
If you do not contact us ahead of time and do not attend the class you have booked, you will have to pay an extra ‘dishonour charge’ of £2 per class. The payment is to be made via PayPal at email@example.com.
Any outstanding dishonour charges must be paid before further classes can be booked.
