What is pole?
Contrary to common perception as exclusively an erotic dance performed in gentleman’s clubs, pole dancing combines both dance and acrobatics and is progressively being practiced by many purely for fitness benefits. Pole dancing uses strength, endurance and flexibility which you will undoubtedly develop through the classes. Skills such as climbs, spins, transitions and inversions will be taught and you will be amazed at how much progress can be made week after week! Pole dancing is by no means easy, but you will surely have a lot of fun exploring these awesome forms of movements.
I’ve never done pole before – can I try it out?
Absolutely – we have beginner classes every Friday and Saturday!
When are the classes?
What do I need to wear?
Tank top or sports bra and shorts is best but you can wear longer clothes during the warm up!
I’m not a student at the University of Cambridge – can I still join?
Unfortunately, we only take current students and alumni.
Where do I book classes and buy membership?

I’ve bought membership but I can’t see the members discount!
